Jillien has helped us with the interior design and project management of the renovation of our house. My wife and I had a very pleasant experience with her. She is responsible and responsive in the whole renovation process and gave us good ideas on what we can do. Even after the renovation is completed, she will also follow up if we have any queries. Approached Renozone/Colin again because I have engaged their services before and too many CASE complaints on ID companies make me go to one that I can trust.
The entire ID process to do up a new 5 rm BTO can be very stressful, costly and time consuming post covid but working with Colin and Alex from the beginning till hand over really exceeded my expectations, I was expecting to have some arguments and complaints along the way since anything can go wrong. But I was glad that the regular watsapp updates and work in progress videos and pre-alignment and communication and making sure that the sequence of work is executed timely cuts down on my frequency to visit the site personally.

We engaged Renozone Design to design and construct our new corporate office in an empty rented space, and they proved to be a dependable contractor who genuinely cared about the final result. While there were a few hiccups during the construction phase, any issues we raised were promptly addressed and rectified. We should also be grateful of their responsiveness when we had sudden change requests.
Additionally, they assisted us in handling various applications with government agencies and a building management company, making the process hassle-free. Most importantly, the finished office closely matched my initial vision.
My only critique is that I would have appreciated a broader selection of furniture, lighting fixtures, carpeting, and other furnishings. Nevertheless, we are greatly appreciative that we were able to create a satisfactory office space that largely within our budget.
The choice of a primary contractor is crucial, as some may offer lower prices but compromise on the quality of their finished work, thinking that their clients will not notice the differences. Renozone Design, and particularly their Project Manager, Ms. Jillien, was the polar opposite of this. She efficiently and responsibly managed and supervised each subcontractor, ensuring we met our deadlines with the good results despite a tight schedule.
